How do I set up a PHENIX MOBILE line? |
Simply order your Phenix Mobile SIM card over the internet by clicking here , calling 0805 02 01 26 (free call from landlines) or using our network of reseller partners . Once you have received your Phenix Mobile SIM card, simply insert it in your GSM phone and you can start calling. You can purchase your Phenix Mobile SIM card from our website using a bank card, cheque, bank transfer or cash. Phenix Mobile SIM card can only be sent in mainland France. CAUTION: Phenix Mobile do not works with micro SIM (used on iphone 4 for example). |

Do I need to buy a new telephone to use the PHENIX MOBILE service? |
No. Your telephone just has to be unlocked (i.e. not locked to another operator) If this is not the case, you will have to get your telephone unlocked in a specialized shop or get a phone which is already unlocked. |

If I order a Phenix Mobile SIM Card, can I keep my current number? |
No. Not for the moment. |

How long will my PHENIX MOBILE card be valid? |
Once your credit has run out, you can receive incoming calls as usual for 4 months. If you do not top up your account during those 4 months, the line will be permanently cut off and the phone number will be permanently deleted. |

How can I check my account balance? |
- by calling 500 from your Phenix Mobile (free call) - or by sending an empty SMS to 22213 (free) : You will the receive an SMS in return with your remaining credit and its expiration date. |

How can I top up my PHENIX MOBILE card? |
NB It is NOT necessary to buy another SIM card to top-up your account.
1) Through the internetYou can top up your account on the www.Phenixmobile.com site with a bank card. 2) By telephoneCall 551 (free call from 9am to 6pm) from your mobile to top up your account with a bank card. 3) In your BUDGETMOBILE shopYou can top up your account directly over the counter in any PHENIX MOBILE shop. 4) In a ‘tabac’ or ‘presse’ shop with NEOSURFYou can buy a ‘NEOSURF’ top-up in any ‘tabac’ or ‘presse’ in France.
Then you send a SMS to 0601593622. The content of the message is ‘neo’ followed by the NEOSURF code (e.g. Neo 12341543625646). |

How do you calculate the validity of the top-ups? |
A credit expiry date is associated with each top-up. If you top up several times, the furthest expiry date is applied. The expiry date is calculated when you activate the top-up. Once the expiry date has passed, any remaining credit is lost.
For example: you top up 30 euros (valid for 60 days) on 1st September. The associated date of expiry is 1st November. On 1st October you top-up 10 euros (valid for 15 days). The overall date of expiry of your credit is still 1st November. Then, on 20th October, you top up 30 euros (valid for 60 days). The new date of expiry is 20th December. |

Can I still receive calls after my credit runs out? |
Yes, you can continue to receive calls for 4 months after your credit has expired. |

Do you offer a voice mail service? |
Yes, you can access the PHENIX MOBILE voice mail service by dialling 555 from your mobile. This service is free! |

Can I check my voice mail after my credit runs out? |
No. |

Will I be notified that my credit is about to run out while I am making call? |
Yes, you will hear a beep 1 minute before your credit runs out. |

Can I send SMS messages? |
Yes, at a rate of €0.10 inc. tax for national messages (excluding special numbers) and €0.19 inc. tax for international messages.
